Exchange and Returns

NB: Return period is extended from the usual 14 days during the Christmas period to allow for the exchange of gifted items. We will honour exchanges/returns in January for goods purchased in the run-up to Christmas.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, or it is the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 14 days (see note above) of purchase/receipt providing the items are unworn and undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded). This does not affect your statutory rights.If you return an item for exchange or refund by post, please enclose a covering letter stating:

• Your reasons for return
• Where your item(s) were purchased
• A copy of your receipt where possible
• Full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.

Fulfilment of Orders

Dubarry endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 3-4 working days where items are in stock at point of distribution and 14 days where items are out of stock).Where stocked out items are placed on back order the lead time may be longer. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.

Taxes on overseas orders

EU Residents: Orders to residents of EU member states are subject to VAT at 15% (Included in displayed prices)

Outside the EU: (including Channel Islands) Customers outside the EU are not charged the UK's Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence and are usually based upon a percentage of your invoiced value. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.
